I’m Tayler. I’m a certified nutrition coach, a L2 Crossfit coach and a high level competitive Crossfit athlete and quite frankly a nutrition NERD. 🤓

Through my own journey with food, fitness and health my goal has quickly become to help as many people as I can develop a better relationship with food.

Even though that may sound cheesy, we live in a world where everyone is an expert on weight loss, and there is just so much conflicting information out there. My hope is to help people navigate the fads and the stress and learn that eating really may not be that complicated after all.

I am a big believer that if I am going to coach others then I should believe in what I preach. I do my own nutrition and follow all the guidelines I encourage my clients to follow. There are no hard fast rules to nutrition, contrary to what what social media may have you believe. It’s all about finding the best path for you, your life, your goals and your activity level.

You can count on me to not only provide you the best, honest coaching, but also know that whatever I’m telling you, is something I have tried or been through myself.
